App Tiles

Each App (Tile) has a dedicated owner and maintainer list (for elevated access) to modify certain tile properties.

Examples:

• Rename an app
• Change image
• Change owner
• Add/Remove maintainers
• Add/Removed developers
• Add/Remove testers
